Fife Private Rental Solutions (FPRS) is a Housing Advice Hub, provided by Trust in Fife, offering advice and assistance to anyone interested in the private rented sector as a housing option, regardless of their current housing situation. The service will look to assist with any private rental opportunities, issues or queries; with advice also available regarding the sourcing of funds to assist in securing a property and making it a sustainable home.

For landlords, FPRS provide a “go to” service for advice; issue resolution; and secure advertising of properties, including tenant matching opportunities.

Among the services offered are:
• Advice regarding the private rented sector,
• Identifying a suitable property,
• Requirements for starting or ending a tenancy,
• Rent and Tenancy Issue Resolution,
• Tenant/Landlord mediation,
• Deposit Guarantee service,
• Tenancy assistance,
• Financial advice,
• Signposting or referral to specialist agencies, e.g., legal advice, support services.
We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3.30pm
